Position: PCB Molding Technician / Operator

Job Summary
The PCB Molding Technician/Operator will be responsible for carrying out PCB molding, potting, encapsulation, assembly, and related production activities as per company quality standards. The role requires handling molding materials, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring defect-free output.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Perform PCB molding, potting, and encapsulation processes as per approved work instructions.
- Operate molding and dispensing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and mix molding compounds, epoxy, resin, and hardener as per specifications.
- Ensure proper curing and finishing of molded PCBs.
Assembly & Inspection
- Conduct visual inspection of PCBs before and after molding.
- Identify defects such as air bubbles, cracks, improper filling, and surface imperfections.
- Ensure product quality as per company standards.
- Support PCB assembly and production activities whenever required.
Quality Control
- Follow production quality procedures and process parameters.
- Maintain records of production quantities and rejection reports.
- Report any process deviations or quality issues to the supervisor.
Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of molding equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of molding materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety guidelines while handling chemicals and molding materials.
- Use required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during operations.
- Adhere to company manufacturing and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 10th / 12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in PCB molding, potting, electronics manufacturing, or production operations.
- Experience in UPS, inverter, PCB assembly, SMPS, or electronics manufacturing will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of PCB manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of epoxy, resin, and molding compounds.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a production environment.
- Teamwork and discipline.

Working Conditions
