We are looking for a passionate CAD Trainer who can train students in AutoCAD, Creo and SolidWorks with a strong focus on practical learning and placement readiness.
The trainer should not only teach software but also guide, motivate and support students to confidently attend interviews and get placed, while showing a continuous willingness to learn and upgrade skills.
Responsibility:
- Train students in AutoCAD, Creo and SolidWorks (basic to advanced)
- Continuously upgrade knowledge based on industry trends and software updates
- Provide practical, industry-oriented training with real-time examples
Help students build:
- Design concepts
- Drawing standards
- Mini projects / portfolios
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and basic mock interviews
- Track student progress and provide individual feedback
- Providing social media support for Apollo.
- Student Placement Support & Motivation
- Motivate students to believe in their skills and attend interviews confidently
- Guide students on:
- CAD-focused resume preparation
- Interview-oriented practice questions
- Encourage regular practice, discipline, and consistency
- Support the placement team by preparing job-ready candidates
- Act as a mentor and role model for continuous learning
Key Skills:
Strong hands-on knowledge in:
- AutoCAD
- Creo
- SolidWorks
- Willingness to learn new tools, versions, and industry practices
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and easy way
- Good communication skills (Tamil / English preferred)
- Interest in mentoring and student development
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / BTech / Any relevant technical qualification
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge are preferred over only theory
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle student batches effectively
Experience:
- Freshers with strong CAD skills can apply
- 0–1 year experience in training / design / industry is an added advantage
