- Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website, and corporate channels
- Accurately process, modify, and cancel reservations in the PMS and channel manager
- Maximize occupancy and revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and rate optimization
- Coordinate closely with the resort front office and operations team in Munnar for room inventory, special requests, and guest preferences
- Prepare and update daily reservation reports, forecasts, and pickup summaries
- Manage group bookings, corporate accounts, and travel agent reservations
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with guests before arrival
- Handle payment policies, advance payments, cancellations, and no-show procedures
- Resolve reservation-related issues and guest concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate guest data and ensure compliance with company SOPs
