We are hiring S&D Trainers (Mass Retail) for the Airtel project in Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-field training sessions for sales teams, promoters, distributors, and retail partners.
- Train teams on Airtel products, sales processes, customer handling, and objection management.
- Conduct new hire induction and refresher training programs.
- Support new product launches and process rollouts through effective training interventions.
- Provide on-the-job coaching to improve sales performance and productivity.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Training or Telecom Training.
- Experience as a Beat Trainer/Field Trainer preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Kannada and English mandatory; Hindi preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Must own a laptop and two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Background: Airtel, Jio, Vodafone Idea (VI), Oppo, Vivo, or similar telecom/FMCG sales training experience.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
