We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Electrical & Electronic Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service support for industrial electrical and electronic equipment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide prompt service support to customers.
Key Responsibilities / Job Description
- Install, commission, and test electrical and electronic equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and control system faults.
- Provide timely technical support and service assistance to customers.
- Conduct site visits for inspections, repairs, and equipment evaluations.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and service scheduling.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and visit reports.
- Ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction through effective service support.
- Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service activities and updates.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards during service operations.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Electrical / Electronic Service Engineering.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, motors, sensors, and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documents.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and service assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
