Maa Harsiddhi Infra Dev Pvt. Ltd. is a diversified business group operating in Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation, Mining, Solar, and Real Estate. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Corporate HR Manager to lead and manage all Human Resource functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring, and complete onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality talent.
HR Operations
- Employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, increment letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Payroll & Attendance
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate salary processing with the Accounts Department.
- Ensure timely full-and-final settlements.
Statutory Compliance
- Handle PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Professional Tax (where applicable), Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment Act, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, and other labour law compliances.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Coordinate inspections by government authorities and auditors.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
Employee Relations
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct domestic inquiries and implement disciplinary procedures.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Performance Management
- Manage performance appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and increment recommendations.
- Develop employee retention strategies.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs.
- Organize induction, technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
- Monitor employee development initiatives.
HRMIS & Reporting
- Maintain HRMS and employee databases.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, manpower reports, and management presentations.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements.
Administration
- Coordinate employee welfare activities.
- Manage HR budgets and vendor coordination.
- Support organizational development initiatives. Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

- 5–10 years of Corporate HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, or related industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
