Experience Required: 1 to 2 years (Experience in Flex/Large Format Printing industry is highly preferred) Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong background in the flex and digital printing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning, high-resolution designs for outdoor and indoor advertisements, including banners, hoardings, flex, and glow-sign boards. You must have a solid understanding of print-ready file setups. Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality flex banners, hoardings, vinyl layouts, canopy designs, and glow-sign boards based on client requirements. Interact with clients to understand their branding needs and convert their ideas into creative visual concepts. Ensure all design files are strictly print-ready (proper CMYK color modes, correct dimensions, bleed marks, and high-resolution scales). Coordinate closely with the printing machine operators to ensure the final output matches the approved digital design. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver error-free designs under tight deadlines. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a flex printing press or signage company. Expert command over industry-standard design software: CorelDRAW (Mandatory) Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory) Adobe Illustrator (Preferred) Speed and accuracy in both English and Regional Language (Hindi/Local Language) typing. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and large-format printing constraints. Ability to work under pressure during peak business hours.
