We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Senior Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing high-value sales, managing key customer relationships, and turning qualified leads into loyal clients over the phone. As a senior member of the team, you will handle complex sales pitches, handle advanced objections, and consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales targets. You will also serve as a mentor to junior telesales executives, sharing best practices and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue & Closings: Initiate outbound calls to warm/qualified leads, deliver compelling sales pitches, and close high-conversion deals.
- Lead Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, follow up consistently with prospective clients, and effectively nurture long-term leads.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing/packages, and counter objections with deep product knowledge.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with potential clients by understanding their specific pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain flawless records of all interactions, calls, and sales stages in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to refine sales scripts and approaches.
- Team Mentorship: Provide guidance, script-coaching, and strategic support to junior telesales team members to help elevate overall team performance.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
