Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Onboarding: Assist with new hire orientation, gather necessary employment forms, and update internal HR databases.
- Payroll & Administration: Compile attendance and leave data for payroll processing, and respond to basic employee inquiries about benefits.
- Employee Engagement: Help coordinate team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and corporate events. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology. [1, 2]
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism for handling sensitive data. [1, 2]
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
