Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, impact assessments, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and traceability documentation.
Serve as a senior functional lead throughout programme delivery, supporting teams in managing scope, risks, dependencies, and change.
Provide structured thinking, constructive challenge, and clear recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Digital Assets & Innovation
Lead analysis and solution design activities for Digital Asset, tokenisation, and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) initiatives.
Assess the impact of digital assets on Treasury operating models, settlement processes, liquidity management, controls, custody, and regulatory obligations.
Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms, balancing innovation with operational practicality, risk management, and integration requirements.
Support clients in defining and implementing digital asset operating models and transformation roadmaps.
Own and drive the firm's Digital Asset Trading go-to-market strategy.
Identify market opportunities, client needs, and industry trends across Treasury, capital markets, and digital asset ecosystems.
Develop service offerings, solution frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate our business in the market.
Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to shape client pursuits, proposals, and strategic engagements.
Represent the organisation in client meetings, industry forums, thought leadership initiatives, and partner ecosystems.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to business growth through advisory and solution-led engagements.
