We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Trained Teacher to join our learning community. The ideal candidate will foster a child-centered environment that encourages independence, creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning. The teacher will guide children through hands-on experiences while respecting each child's unique pace of development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities.
- Create and maintain a prepared classroom environment that supports independent learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress and developmental needs.
- Guide children in academic, social, emotional, and practical life activities.
- Encourage exploration, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and learning goals.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to support school programs and activities.
- Participate in parent meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
Requirements
- Montessori Teacher Training/Certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Montessori Teacher.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for child-centered education and holistic development.
- Ability to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
- Patient, creative, caring, and highly organized.
- Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with preschool or primary level children.
- Knowledge of activity-based and experiential learning approaches.
- Skills in storytelling, arts & crafts, music, or creative activities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
