We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a focus onGovernment Sales to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-onexperience in hardware sales and a deep understanding of the government procurement processwithin the system integration industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify newbusiness opportunities, build strong government relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies targeting government sector clients

Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in government departments and publicsector organizations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decisionmakers.

Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and tenders aligned with governmentprocurement guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor hardware solutions and system integration offeringsto meet government requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the governmentsector to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization

Represent the company at government events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience (X+ years) in business development or sales within the governmentsector, preferably in hardware sales or system integration.

Strong understanding of government tender processes and procurement protocols.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong networking skills with a demonstrated ability to develop relationships withgovernment officials and departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:

Office based in Gurugram with frequent visits to government offices and project sites asrequired

Working days: Monday to Friday (1st Saturday of the month working).
