The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's sales growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Present company products and services to potential customers.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
Good understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Fresh ideas, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT Sales or Service Sales.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
Familiarity with email marketing and digital marketing concepts.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
