Job Summary
A Service Advisor acts as the link between customers and the workshop team. The role involves receiving customer vehicles, understanding service requirements, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare repair/service job cards.
- Explain service requirements, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for repairs.
- Update customers on vehicle service progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation.
- Follow up with customers after service for feedback.
- Promote service packages, accessories, and value-added services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- PUC / Diploma / Degree (preferred).
- Experience in automobile service industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
