Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily collection activities
- Handle overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery
- Lead and supervise collection executives •
- Maintain collection reports and MIS Build strong customer relationships for recovery
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in collections/recovery
- Experience in chit funds/NBFC/finance sector preferred
- Knowledge about Excel
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Local area knowledge is a plus
