About the Role
We are looking for a PR Intern who is enthusiastic about media, communication, content, and building brand visibility. The intern will work closely with the PR/Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in media outreach, research, content coordination, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing PR and media outreach activities.
Research relevant media publications, journalists, influencers, and industry platforms.
Maintain and regularly update media and journalist databases.
Assist in preparing press releases, media pitches, articles, and other PR content.
Coordinate with media contacts for PR opportunities, interviews, features, and coverage.
Track and maintain records of media mentions and brand coverage.
Monitor industry news, trends, competitors, and relevant media conversations.
Support the team in identifying opportunities for brand visibility and thought leadership.
Assist with PR campaigns, events, launches, and other communication activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for PR activities.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good command of English grammar and vocabulary.
Strong research and information-gathering skills.
Interest in PR, media, branding, advertising, and communications.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to write clear and engaging content.
Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Good to Have
Pursuing or completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic understanding of PR tools, media databases, and digital media.
Previous internship/project experience in PR, content, social media, or communications.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
