About the Company
Masters Preci Tools Private Limited is a diversified engineering and manufacturing company serving the industrial automation and aerospace sectors. Our capabilities include PVC pipe socketing and belling machines, aerospace tooling, precision machining, fabrication, assembly, quality inspection, and customised engineering solutions.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, onboarding, and induction.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, probation reviews, and off-boarding documentation.
- Prepare and update offer letters, appointment letters, HR policies, employee handbooks, reports, and internal communications.
- Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, grievance handling, workplace discipline, and engagement activities.
- Support statutory and labour-related compliance, including employee documentation and coordination with consultants or authorities.
- Oversee general administration, facility management, housekeeping, security, vendors, travel arrangements, licences, renewals, and day-to-day office operations.
- Provide administrative and executive support to management as required.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms for recruitment, documentation, reporting, presentations, training materials, and process improvement.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR and administrative activities while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- Two to five years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering organisation.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HR policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI-based productivity tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.
- Strong organisational, coordination, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
