3 year minimum experience in overseas education counselling is mandatory.
We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Overseas Education Counselor to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseas education counselling, a deep understanding of international education systems, and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the process of studying abroad, including selecting the right courses and institutions, preparing applications, and providing support throughout the admissions process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Guide students on study abroad opportunities in countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand ,Europe, etc.
- Student Counseling: Advise students and parents on suitable study destinations (e.g., UK, Canada, Australia), courses, and universities based on academic background, budget, and career goals.
- Application Management: Assist with university applications, document verification, and drafting compelling Statements of Purpose (SOP) and Letters of Recommendation (LOR).
- Visa Guidance: Provide end-to-end support for visa processing, including interview preparation, financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with changing immigration laws.
- Lead Management: Respond to inquiries (calls, walk-ins, and emails) and maintain detailed records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- University Coordination: Liaise with international universities regarding admission status, scholarships, and offer letters.
- Pre & Post-Departure Support: Assist with accommodation, education loans, foreign exchange, and orientation to ease the cultural transition.
- Outreach & Marketing: Conduct seminars or webinars at local schools and colleges to promote overseas study programs
