Field Sales Executive – Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients in person, and drive sales growth. The role involves traveling to customer locations, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits
- Meet potential and existing customers to present products/services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel locally (bike preferred in many cases)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile apps for reporting
- Familiarity with CRM tools (optional but preferred)
Eligibility
- 12th pass / Graduate in any field
- Experience in field sales (0–3 years) preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Job Details
- Type: Full-time
- Location: Field-based (local area travel required)
- Working Days: 6 days/week (as per company policy)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
