Job Summary
The HR Executive – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing sourcing strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates. The role focuses on attracting top talent, enhancing the candidate experience, supporting employer branding initiatives, and meeting organizational manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly recruitment plans based on business needs.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to on boarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
- Conduct reference and background verification where applicable.
- Negotiate salary packages within approved budgets.
- Roll out offer letters and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
