Growth & Sales Executive (B2B SaaS)About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Growth & Sales Executive to drive B2B customer acquisition for our AI-powered sales automation platform, SalesAIAgent by Vistaar AI Hub.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify qualified prospects, generate conversations through LinkedIn and outbound channels, conduct product demos, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads across industries such as Real Estate, Finance, SaaS, Recruitment, Healthcare, and Education.
- Execute high-quality LinkedIn outreach using personalized connection requests, messaging sequences, and relationship-building strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network on LinkedIn.
- Prospect through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, cold calling, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify leads based on business needs and buying intent.
- Schedule and conduct live product demos of SalesAIAgent.
- Handle objections and effectively communicate the product's value proposition.
- Follow up consistently until deals are closed.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Consistently achieve monthly lead generation, demo, and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn prospecting and social selling.
- A well-maintained and active LinkedIn profile with a professional network.
- Proven ability to generate meetings through LinkedIn outreach.
- Experience conducting online product demos.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Experience with cold email, cold calling, and outbound sales strategies.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI, SaaS, CRM, automation, or technology products.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Experience using email outreach platforms and sales automation tools.
- Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and consultative selling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
