We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong knowledge of both U.S. and Indian HR practices to support and manage HR operations across our U.S. and India teams.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. employment practices, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, performance management, HR policies, and workforce planning, along with a strong understanding of Indian HR laws and practices.
This role will work closely with business and operations leaders to align HR strategy with business goals and ensure consistent HR processes across both countries.
Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnership
- Partner with senior management and department heads on HR strategy and workforce planning.
- Understand business requirements and develop HR solutions to support operational goals.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee-related matters.
- Support organizational growth, restructuring, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes for U.S. and India operations.
U.S. Human Resources
- Manage and advise on U.S. HR policies and employment practices.
- Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable U.S. federal and state employment requirements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and offboarding for U.S. employees.
- Work with management on compensation, benefits, attendance, leave, and employee performance matters.
- Coordinate with external HR, payroll, legal, and benefits partners when required.
- Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation.
India Human Resources
- Manage HR operations for the India team, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labor and employment requirements.
- Develop and maintain employee policies, SOPs, and HR processes.
- Manage performance management and employee development programs.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with managers to address employee concerns and improve workplace culture.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Develop workforce plans based on business requirements.
- Lead recruitment for key and management positions.
- Build effective recruitment processes for both U.S. and India operations.
- Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Develop talent pipelines for future business needs.
Performance & Employee Development
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting employee goals and KPIs.
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Develop employee career-growth and succession-planning initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance and support improvement plans where required.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Support managers in resolving employee relations issues.
- Promote a positive, professional, and performance-driven work culture.
- Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive HR matters.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management.
- Monitor headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, employee performance, and other HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in U.S. Human Resources.
- Strong experience managing Indian HR operations.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies.
- Understanding of U.S. federal and state employment practices.
- Good understanding of Indian labor and employment regulations.
- Experience working with senior management and business leaders.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
