Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Document functional and business requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights.
- Support testing and implementation of new solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
