What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, messages, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Guide clients on programs such as Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), study visas, and work permits.
- Clearly explain visa processes, documentation requirements, eligibility criteria, and timelines.
- Build strong relationships with clients and support them throughout their immigration journey.
- Follow up on leads proactively and convert enquiries into successful clients.
- Collaborate closely with the documentation and processing teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and update enquiry statuses in the system.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for customer service and helping people achieve their international goals.
- Basic understanding of immigration programs and visa processes.
- Previous experience in sales, counselling, customer relations, or immigration consulting is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client queries professionally.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹52,107.49 per month
