We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Architect to lead medium to large-scale projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate should bring a strong sense of design, handle the client, technical rigor, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead interior projects from conceptualization through construction documentation and execution.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Develop presentation materials, check working drawings, GFCs, and detail documentation.
- Oversee site implementation to ensure alignment with design and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure timely delivery of project stages with effective time and resource management.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in both creative and technical aspects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2.5 years of relevant experience in design and project management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills—both visual and verbal.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Deep understanding of materials, detailing, and building systems.
- Experience handling site execution and consultant coordination.
- A keen design eye and ability to work within luxury design language.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
