Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of our in-house label. The ideal candidate should have 3-4+ years of experience in fashion design, with a strong focus on embroidery techniques, fabric selection, and production management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create and conceptualize new collections, ensuring they align with Anantam’s brand identity and aesthetics.
- Embroidery Expertise: Develop intricate embroidery patterns and work closely with artisans to execute high-quality craftsmanship.
- Fabric & Material Selection: Source and select fabrics, embellishments, and trims suitable for premium Indian wear.
- Sampling & Production: Oversee the sampling process and ensure smooth transition from design to final production.
- Vendor & Artisan Coordination: Collaborate with artisans, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in Indian fashion, embroidery techniques, and textile innovations.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards in design execution, embroidery, stitching, and finishing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in embroidery design, textile design, and fashion production.
- Strong understanding of Indian ethnic wear, bridal couture, and contemporary fashion trends.

Pay: ₹12,152.91 - ₹48,190.61 per month
