- Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines.
- Load and unload metal plates, sheets, and workpieces.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and cutting plans.
- Input, edit, and verify CNC programs as required.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections using measuring instruments.
- Check cut quality, edge finish, and dimensional tolerances.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Replace consumables such as nozzles, electrodes, and cutting tips when necessary.
- Maintain production records and report machine issues to supervisors.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
