We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Executive to manage daily office operations, handle client communication, and support lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, skilled in communication, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Handle official emails and correspondence; manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients, perform lead calling, and conduct follow-ups.
- Market Research: Identify new business opportunities online (Google, Instagram, etc.) and search for/connect with vendors and suppliers.
- Data Management: Maintain and update an accurate database for clients, vendors, and leads.
- Operational Support: Assist in quotation sharing, coordinate with marketing agencies/freelancers, and support the team with basic documentation and reporting.
- Office Coordination: Manage day-to-day office work to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Excel, Email, and Internet browsing.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi with a basic understanding of English.
- Confidence: Must be confident in calling and speaking with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Research Skills: Ability to effectively search and find contact information online.
- Attitude: Smart, proactive, and carries a responsible attitude toward tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Vendor Handling.
- Basic understanding of marketing or digital platforms.
- Strong negotiation and consistent follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
