About the Company
Endimension Technology Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company specializing in teleradiology services across India. We work closely with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and doctors to ensure timely and accurate radiology reporting.
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Healthcare Coordinators / Customer Support Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for hospitals, diagnostic centers, and doctors.
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp regarding case updates and report status.
- Coordinate with radiologists and internal teams to ensure timely report delivery.
- Manage urgent (STAT) cases, rechecks, and second opinion requests.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
- Proactively update clients regarding delays, escalations, or operational issues.
- Resolve client queries and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and update information in the CRM/system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Customer Support, BPO, Telecalling, Client Servicing, or Operations will be preferred.
- Background in BSc Radiology, BMLT, Nursing, Hospital Administration, BBA, BCom, BA, or BMS is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
