ABOUT THE ROLES
We are seeking a proactive and customer-friendly Sales Assistant to support the sales team in delivering an excellent shopping experience. The candidate will assist customers, maintain store presentation, support inventory activities, and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and assist customers entering the store.
- Support Sales Executives in serving customers and closing sales.
- Arrange, fold, and replenish merchandise on display.
- Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store.
- Help customers locate products and provide basic product information.
- Support billing and packing activities when required.
- Monitor trial rooms and ensure smooth customer flow.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and alteration teams for customer requirements.
- Follow store policies, promotions, and operational procedures.

Qualification
- Minimum Education
- Freshers and candidates with retail experience are welcome to apply.
Experience
- Experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, or retail stores is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of customer service and store operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
