- Monitor and manage O M activities of STPs and FSTPs across Maharashtra and other regions
- Ensure all plants operate in accordance with defined SOPs and meet required performance parameters
- Oversee regular data collection, analysis, and reporting of plant performance
- Identify and troubleshoot process-related and operational issues in treatment plants
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with on-site teams to maintain smooth plant operations
- Support business growth and operational excellence in STP O M projects
- ASP (Activated Sludge Process)
- MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor)
- SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor)
- MBR (Membrane Bioreactor)
- Familiarity with nature-based wastewater treatment solutions
Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent coordination and reporting abilities
Proven experience in managing O M projects for STPs/FSTPs
