Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Implementation professional with experience in the banking or financial services domain. The role involves managing technology implementation and client onboarding activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth deployment of banking-related software or technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of IT solutions for banking and financial services clients.
- Understand business and client requirements and coordinate with relevant technical teams.
- Prepare implementation plans, timelines, process documents, and project reports.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct client discussions, product demonstrations, system walkthroughs, and training sessions.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and resolution with relevant teams.
- Monitor implementation milestones and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Identify implementation risks and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support clients during deployment and go-live activities.
- Ensure proper handover to the relevant support or operations team after implementation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirements
- Freshers - 1 year of experience in IT implementation, software implementation, client onboarding, or project coordination.
- Good understanding of software implementation and project lifecycle processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good stakeholder-management and client-handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet implementation timelines.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
