We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our hotel and restaurant services, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, restaurant services, and special packages.
- Visit corporate offices, travel agencies, educational institutions, and local businesses to develop partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle inquiries, negotiate rates, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Reservations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Assist in social media promotions and online marketing activities.
- Monitor competitors and identify market trends.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities
