Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
- Develop financial models and provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Analyze financial risks and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and treasury operations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and investment decisions.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Finance MBA Finance is compulsory.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
