Job Summary
Rabbit Stationery Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Admin & HR Manager to manage daily office administration, HR operations, compliance, and workforce management.
This role requires mandatory experience in manufacturing industry HR, including labor laws, factory compliance, and manpower handling.
Candidates outside Pune or without manufacturing HR experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and hire employees for manufacturing & office roles
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Implement and manage HR policies, SOPs, and compliance
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate payroll, leave management, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements
- Support management in manpower planning & employee development
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff
- Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and service contracts
- Coordinate internal communication and company events
- Assist senior management with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure efficient administrative systems and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, PF/ESIC, factory rules
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Must be currently living in Pune or willing to relocate immediately
