Business Analyst (International Projects)

About the Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst who takes complete ownership of a project—from the first client discussion to successful delivery. You'll work directly with international clients, lead discovery sessions, define requirements, create wireframes, and collaborate closely with design and development teams.
If you've only supported senior BAs or documented requirements after someone else gathered them, this role is not the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls with international clients and gather business requirements.
- Convert vague requirements into detailed BRDs, SRS, User Stories, and user flows.
- Create logical wireframes in Figma with complete workflows and interaction details.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Identify risks, scope changes, and technical constraints early.
- Maintain clear project documentation for smooth execution.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to improve productivity while validating every output.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a service-based IT company.
- Experience working directly with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia, or Middle East).
- Strong experience leading discovery calls independently.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, SRS, User Stories, Wireframes, Sprint Planning, and Agile delivery.
- Experience across multiple domains such as Healthcare, Fintech, Real Estate, E-commerce, or similar.
- Proficiency in Figma and AI productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
