Role Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Civil Engineer to manage day-to-day on-site construction operations and ensure strict alignment with technical guidelines and IS codes. This role directly handles on-site execution, contractor coordination, and the precise preparation and processing of Running Account (RA) bills to keep our infrastructure projects running smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee on-site construction operations, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with technical guidelines.
- Billing & Costing: Assist in preparing material estimations for on-site activities. Prepare, verify, and process accurate Running Account (RA) bills for the project based on joint measurements and site progress.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict adherence to IS codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Vendor & Contractor Liaison: Manage relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, and material suppliers and verify deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience in site management for building or road construction projects. Ability to prepare Running Account (RA) bills for the project.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of AutoCAD software & strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Core Competencies: Deep understanding of Indian Standard (IS) codes, construction materials, and structural mechanics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, clear communication and the ability to thrive under tight project deadlines.
Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
