About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can represent Magician Code and build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and doctors. The primary objective of this role is to create awareness about our services within the medical community and generate client referrals through trusted healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and create awareness about Magician Code services among doctors, hospitals, and clinics
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals Generate leads and onboard clients through doctor/hospital referrals
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with medical professionals Identify new partnership opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of referred clients
Maintain a database of doctors, hospitals, and leads generated Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
Key Requirements
1–4 years of experience in business development / field sales / healthcare marketing Prior experience in hospital/doctor engagement, pharma sales, or healthcare partnerships will be preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with medical professionals
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work Basic understanding of healthcare ecosystem is a plus Preferred Candidate Profile Background in pharma sales, medical representative (MR), or healthcare B2B sales
Existing network of doctors/hospitals is an advantage Confident, presentable, and proactive personality Location On-field role – city-based travel required
