We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure quality control at all stages of box manufacturing (printing, die-cutting, pasting, finishing).
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of products as per quality standards.
- Approve or reject raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, artwork, color matching, and structural accuracy.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to ISO/quality standards and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on machines and processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of printing & packaging processes.
- Understanding of color matching, GSM, bursting strength, and box specifications.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of quality tools and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Printing Technology, Packaging, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in packaging/box manufacturing industry.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in corrugated box or mono carton manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems.
