Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for security guarding, facility management, housekeeping, and allied services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.
- Develop strategies to increase market presence and business growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Client Acquisition
- Meet prospective clients and understand their security requirements.
- Prepare and deliver professional company presentations.
- Conduct site visits and security surveys.
- Submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize business agreements.
3. Tender & Proposal Management
- Identify government and private tenders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial bids.
- Ensure timely submission of tender documents.
5. Coordination with Operations
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth deployment of security personnel.
- Ensure all client requirements are communicated accurately.
- Support service quality improvements and contract compliance.
