Position: Engineer / Senior Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance
Department: Mechanical Maintenance – Cold Rolling Mill (CRM)
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹4 LPA – ₹7 LPA
Location: Mention Bahadurgargh HARYANA
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance activities in Cold Rolling Mill (CRM).
- Handle preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of mill equipment with minimum downtime.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Maintenance of gearboxes, pumps, motors, conveyors, rollers, bearings, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with production team for maintenance planning and execution.
- Monitor machine performance and implement improvement activities.
- Ensure safety standards and maintenance SOP compliance.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare inventory.
- Support shutdown maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) maintenance activities.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance documentation and reporting.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Industry
- Steel / Rolling Mill / Metal / Manufacturing Industry
Key Requirements
- Candidate should have experience in Mechanical Maintenance in CRM.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
