Job Opportunity – AUS Shift (Starlix Global Connect)
We are hiring for the position of Customer Care Executive / Outbound Process for our AUS shift.
Shift Timing:
6:30 AM – 3 :00 AM (Monday to Friday) Saturday HALF DAY
Location:
Kolkata (Work from Office)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling outbound/inbound calls with customers
- Providing accurate information and resolving queries
- Maintaining professionalism and quality communication
- Achieving daily/weekly targets
Salary:
Salary will be offered based on experience and performance
Additional Benefits:
Travel allowance will be provided or Cab facilities available
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in BPO/International process is a plus
