As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to drive our B2B marketing strategy and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
The Role
We’re seeking a digital marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing. The role will combine hands-on campaign management with a strategic approach to content and analytics. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that showcase our expertise in sustainability, infrastructure, and the public/private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns to build visibility and generate leads.
- Work closely with the Brand Specialist to develop the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns align with strategic priorities.
- Create and deliver content strategies that engage our core audiences and align with business goals.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track campaigns, manage leads, and streamline workflows.
- Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and recommend actions to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure campaigns support wider marketing and business initiatives.
- Stay updated on trends and innovations in B2B digital marketing.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM tools).
- Solid understanding of content-driven marketing and ability to deliver campaigns that tell a compelling story.
- Analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
The job will be remote to start with, we are planning on opening an office in Kerala, once open, you will be required to attend the office for work.
Pay: ₹10,209.86 - ₹33,797.32 per month
