- Building applicant pools through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and social media.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video interviews, and evaluating candidate skills and qualifications.
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and managing the offer process.
- Ensure Statutory Compliance through coordination with Units & HR Ops.
- Liasoning with required statutory authorities or as directed
- Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps
- Analysis of trends in Compliance and devise corresponding action plan
- Work independently on certain Disciplinary processes which are laid down and also do periodic checks to ensure employee risk mitigation.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
