Shubh Investment Service Pvt Ltd is seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital campaigns, lead generation, and social media marketing, especially in the finance/real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Generate quality leads through paid and organic channels
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, ad creatives, captions)
- Handle SEO and website optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
- Manage WhatsApp marketing and email campaigns
- Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager
- Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva / Photoshop preferred)
- Understanding of SEO and analytics tools
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
