Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile Application & ETL Tester with strong expertise in manual and automation testing across business applications and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will ensure functional reliability of applications while validating data integrity in ETL workflows, with hands-on experience in SQL, Dataverse, Azure, and AWS
Key Responsibilities
- Application Testing
- Design and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Perform API testing and validate backend processes.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- ETL Testing
- Validate ETL workflows, data migration, and reconciliation across source and target systems.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation.
- Automate ETL testing using Python, PySpark, or custom frameworks.
- Work with Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Redshift, Dataverse, and SQL Server for data pipeline testing.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Python, PySpark).
- Proficiency in SQL, Dataverse, Azure SQL, AWS RDS/Redshift.
- Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse) and AWS services (Glue, S3, Lambda).
- Solid understanding of API testing tools.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
