Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to work with MBA students in an academic environment. The role involves delivering structured training sessions that enhance students’ communication, interpersonal, and professional skills, preparing them for corporate careers and placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom training sessions for MBA students on soft skills and employability skills.
- Deliver modules on communication skills, business etiquette, leadership, teamwork, presentation skills, and interview readiness.
- Design and update training content aligned with industry expectations and MBA curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions, mock interviews, role-plays, and case-based learning activities.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Support placement preparation through resume building, aptitude readiness, and interview coaching.
- Collaborate with faculty and placement teams to align training with career outcomes.
- Track student progress and maintain training reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred: MBA, Psychology, HR, or Education).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in soft skills training, preferably in an academic or training environment.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written) and excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
- Good understanding of corporate expectations and employability skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience training MBA or graduate students.
- Certification in Training & Development or Soft Skills Training.
- Experience in placement training or career coaching.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
