Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain products and help customers choose suitable items
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display arrangements
- Handle billing, stock checking, and customer inquiries
- Create a positive shopping experience for customers
- Support social media/video content creation when required
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Positive attitude and team-working ability
- Sales or retail experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of billing and product handling
- Passion for stationery, lifestyle, and creative products is an advantage
