Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to Higher Secondary School students.
- Handle Communicative English classes and develop students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
- Encourage classroom discussions, critical thinking, and active participation.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and examination materials.
- Support students in academic, communication, and personal development.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to promote student success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in English (M.A. English).
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at Higher Secondary level is desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for student-centred and inclusive education.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
