About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads for SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Performance Marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline through CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly revenue and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
